This is a solid, good working unit, and it is the original / early style 47 blower which is much better built than the current 47 blower. Mounting brackets keeps the blower much closer to the tractor than the later quick hitch style mount. Just the bare new style blower without a hitch or drive shafts is around $3500 new from Deere. This unit is complete. If used on a model 430 you would also need a tractor mounted front drive shaft extension and frame adapter bracket which are not included. This blower is a good solid unit which could be perfect if repainted! I would prefer local pickup on this unit due to size, but I will assist with delivery / shipping if the buyer makes all the arrangements. Blower would weigh about 400-450 lbs. if shipped on a pallet. Buyer must either pick up in Whitney Point NY, or arrange shipping due to the weight/size of this unit. I would prefer the buyer pick up or arrange shipping, but I will provide reasonable delivery up to 100 miles immediately if required for $1.50 a loaded mile ($50 minimum). Additionally I can pallet & load this and will provide the buyer with contact information for the shipping representative I normally use who has consistently provided fair rates and good service if the buyer wants to have it shipped. Shipping weight on a pallet will be 450 lbs at most. Extremely reasonable delivery may be possible during mid May when I will be making a trip between Binghamton NY and Portland Indiana if you're willing to (meet me along MY ROUTE).
